1. Juliana Hotel Brussels, Brussels – Belgium

Perfectly placed on the historical Place des Martyrs in Brussels, Juliana Hotel officially opened its doors in September last year – but this stylish newcomer has already made quite the name for itself as an urban bolthole for ‘bleisure’ travellers. Behind the white façade of the listed neo-classical building lie 43 individually designed rooms and suites, an Italian-inspired fine-dining restaurant and a wellness centre.
