Maddy Odom

Maddy is a Paris-based multidisciplinary creative whose work explores the intersection of place, creativity, and intentional living. As a previous co-founder of a tech startup, her background spans brand development, experience design, and storytelling, with a passion for creating transportive experiences and environments. Her writing has appeared in Travel + Leisure, YOLO Journal, and other publications, where she covers family-friendly travel, cultural discovery, and everyday life in France. She also writes Slow Sailing, a Substack newsletter exploring how to create an inspired career and life. Originally from Austin, Texas, Maddy now lives in Paris’ 7th arrondissement with her young family.
